• Prepare Security Pass form as per requirement of the Company.
• Obtain necessary clearance from the authorities concerned for Issue of security passes.
• Arrange for issue of security passes from concerned authorized Person.
• Maintain a record of all security passes issued with its validity.
• Cancel security passes of crew who were run off or retired.
• Ensure Security passes are revalidated on time.
• Carry out surprise security checks at the base.

• Single point contact for day-to-day crew related matters.
• Designated crew coordinator.
• Prepare Crew change schedule in consultation with the unit Manager.
• Advise crew about their joining dates and reporting.
• Follow up with crew 3 - 4 days prior to crew change date to ensure smooth crew change as per schedule.
• Crew reports to the base one-day prior to the crew change date.
• Prepare Helicopter manifest for crew change as per schedule.
• Ensure crew reports to the Heli base on time for crew change.
• Report any drop outs, non-reporting of crew etc. to the company and Unit.
• Take corrective measures in consultation with Unit Manager for minimum manning requirement.
• Issue release note, with date of next joining.
• Collect and handover security passes at the time of crew change.

• Finalize day rate in consultation with the company.
• Ensure prompt payment of wages as per muster / time sheet record to their respective bank accounts after statutory deductions.
• Deduct and remit Provident fund, Income tax as applicable and comply with all other statutory requirement.
• Ensure compliance of all tax requirement
• All other related work

• Obtain necessary insurance for all the crew employed as per laid down requirements as per contract and company policy.
• File insurance claim of the crew with respect to accidents, injury etc.
• Maintain record of all insurance cover and its validity.

• Obtain Unit Medics report.
• Inform Company doctor about the emergency with details.
• Take instruction from the doctor and arrange for medical attention as required.

• Inform next of kin about the emergency and the progress.
• Coordinate discharge of the crew from the Hospital
• Closely follow up post Hospitalization care
• On completion of treatment and full recovery carry out medical check
• For issue of fit for duty certificate
• Collect all medical papers for filing insurance claims.
