Scope of Recruitment and Selection
  • Muster crew for selection
  • Preliminary Screening of candidates
  • Interview and Trade test where ever required
  • Pre screened candidates are interviewed by Manager Fleet Personnel
  • Reference and Background checks
  • Authentication of certificate of competency
  • Applications of selected candidates are passed on to the client for final interview and selection
  • Selected candidates undergoes Psychometric tests and then strict comprehensive medical check
  • Medically fit candidates are processed for completion of all flag state documentation.
  • Any additional training that is required are processed.
  • Travel documentation is completed.
  • Prepare employment contact as per terms and conditions agreed.
  • Issue security identity card as per ISPS requirement
  • Supply of PPE if any required as per Clients instructions
  • Assist family in joining formalities, travel documentation etc where allowed.
  • Off signers travel confirmations and transit arrangements.

» Pre Departure Briefings

We conduct briefing to our crew prior to their departure about the client profile, systems and procedures, and any new developments, changes etc, standard employment conditions, code of discipline, training and safety, occupational hazards, home allotments and settlement of wages as contained I the personal guide lines.

» Crew Support
  • Provides information on privileges, benefits etc
  • Sends up date to the crew regarding relevant changes in company policies, procedures etc.
  • Ensures timely delivery of letters, parcels to the crew and the family.
  • Urgent messages are sent to the crew and family promptly.
  • Listens to the problems of crew, Family members and counsels them.
  • Provides reading and entertainment materials to the crew on board.

Payroll Management
  • Manage Home Allotments as per advise from the Master for each crew promptly
  • Upon sign off prepare final wage slips after necessary deductions
  • Manage payment of final wages
  • Manage payment of Seamen Provident fund and other statutory contributions promptly
  • Settlement of any sick wages, claims etc.

» Medical Assistance
  • Take charge of any crew that is injured or sick from the time they land in the country of residence
  • Inform company doctor about the patient with details obtained from the vessel
  • Admit the patient to a approved hospital if required.
  • Closely follow up the progress of treatment and recovery
  • Keep next of kin informed about the progress.
  • Assist crew in every manner for a speedy recovery post hospitalization
  • Ensure crew is fully recovered before employed back by carrying out pre employment medical check
  • File any insurance claims
