Gordon Reilly – CEO
Gordon brings more than 39 years of experience to the table and has been with the company for more than 28 years. A Master Mariner, he started his sea career in 1973. Gordon was deputed to India in 1987 to establish the management office and since then has headed the current organization.
Pravin Gupte – General Manager – (Marine ) – (Marine Engineer)
Pravin has more than 32 years of operating experience. He started his sea career in 1979 and became a Chief Engineer in 1989. Pravin also worked with one of the largest tanker operators for 11 years.
In 1994, he took up on-shore assignments and became a Technical Superintendent. He gained valuable experience in operations and maintenance of various types of ships and also in manning service during the course of this assignment. Pravin eventually joined Nortrans/OCS in 1996 and now handles the overall operations of marine manning, technical management and other services offered by the company.
Pradeep Sanzgiri: General Manager – Oil & Gas Division
A hospitality graduate, Pradeep brings a wealth of more than 32 years of rich and varied experience. He started his career in 1980 in Hospitality and Support Services and has worked with various companies in India and Overseas. Some of the major clients he has handled are Bechtel, Schlumberger, BJ Services, Saudi Aramco, Saipem, Enron, Kvanener, Besix, Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Co, and Vantage Drilling.
Pradeep joined OCS in 2010 and took charge of the Oil & Gas Manning Services Division. He is now responsible for the overall operations of Oil & Gas Manning and Business Development.
Adarsh Vyas: HSE & Response Head – Oil & Gas Division
Adarsh Vyas is a Chemical Engineer from Mumbai University. He is also an IRCA UK - Certified Lead Auditor for Quality, Health Safety and Environment.
He is a Safety professional and started his career in 1994 as a Trainee and then later worked as Third Party Lead Auditor with leading International Certification Bodies.
He has been a successful Head of HSE with global industry majors for Upstream Division for International Oil and Gas Projects. He has been implementing safety by training people as well as guiding them so as to have an incident free atmosphere.
He has rich offshore experience with respect to conducting audits and trainings for oil & Gas Industries like drilling, projects, construction, and pipe line. He has also been with several companies as safety team Leader, Manager, Consultant and Trainer for on shore and off shore facilities.
